Shipping
 

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received during business days.  We observe major US holidays. We use United State Postal Service and FedEx Ground as our shipping carrier. 

Free shipping is only within US with exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do offer expedited shipping. We ship worldwide. We prefer shipping with UPS for Canada. Physical address is required for large items such as saddle, blankets, saddle bags. We do offer shipping discount for multiple items.  Please do not pay each item separately if you want to get combine shipping rate. Combined shipping rate for multiple items in auction format $5.00 off on  each additional Item.    

 

Payment 

We accept PayPal payment or major credit cards.  Payment must be received within 5 days after auction ends.  If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone,

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. 

 

Returns 

We're happy to exchange your item or refund your money  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the item. Shipping cost for an exchange of size or saddle is $49. Send return item with a copy of packing slip to:
